Hey Mark:
Rhino plans on reissuing EVERY Costello record released up to 1996,
including even the weird ones like "Juliet Letters", and most definitely including
"King of America". I'm not sure when this one's coming--though it might be in
the next set, maybe someone can correct me. The Costello reissues have been
coming out far less regularly than they'd originally planned so you may still
have to wait awhile. --Jason
