David Bash is carrying the torch the final mile.....
The crowd is going wild as the official IPO flag is raised in the
stadium...each ring on the flag symbolizing a powerpop continent!
Ladies and gentlemen, we officially declare IPO VII to be....OPEN
For "17 days of glory..." POP RULES!
