MTB>Chuck Leavell>Dave Edmunds

Chuck Leavell of the Allman Brothers played keyboards on both the Marshall
Tucker Band's CAROLINA DREAMS (including the only MTB song I ever liked,
"Heard It In A Love Song") and Dave Edmunds' CLOSER TO THE FLAME.

(Hint: if you ever need to connect Rockpile to the Stones quickly, Leavell
was the Stones' primary keyboard player after Ian Stewart died.)

Air Supply>Rick Chertoff>Red Rockers>Stiff Little Fingers>Ed Hollis>The
Damned>Nick Lowe

Air Supply's first album was produced by Rick Chertoff, who produced
SCHIZOPHRENIC CIRCUS by the Red Rockers, whose drummer Jim Reilly had been
in Stiff Little Fingers, whose first album was produced by Ed Hollis, who
also produced MACHINE GUN ETIQUETTE by the Damned, whose first single was
produced by Nick Lowe.

I bet I could piece out a shorter way through Chertoff's biggest success
story, Cyndi Lauper, but I was tickled by going from Air Supply through
Stiff Little Fingers and the Damned.
