How about this for GG Allin-

Rockpile to Paul McCartney (Concerts for Kampuchea) to Phil Spector to Dee Dee Ramone to G.G. Allin

Not sure if Dee Dee and GG actually recorded together, but they do appear jamming together in the doc Hated.
