I do plan on letting Apple know I am not happy, but I hadn't even had the
iPod for 24 hours. It was clearly a case of "take it back to the store".
In fact when I called Apple customer support that is what they told me to
do. And when I said "so basically, I got an "out of the box" defective iPod."
The rep stammered and said "well, I can't say that, but....."
Maybe a nomad is in my future.
