Mine crapped out - I went to the web site and logged my problem or whatever
and a couple days later I got a prepaid courier box in the mail to stick the
pod in and send away - so I did that - then 2 days later I got a brand new
unit in the mail. 4-5 days total downtime - and I'm in Canada! I was
pretty impressed. The battery does suck tho.
