I got one of those a few months ago -- my wife and I used it in the rental
car during our anniversary trip to the Berkshires, and other than the
occasional hassle of having to find a new frequency and the fact that it
couldn't be used in Boston proper because just about all of the college
radio frequencies are used here, it was great. No matter how many CDs you
bring on a roadtrip, it's never enough, but this will get us through just
about anything. We're taking it up to Maine in a couple weeks (we're all
for our boy and everything, but we're not stupid, so we're just leaving
town the week of the convention), and we've also got a set of speakers to
plug into it while we're actually in the cabin.
