I have and iPod and I love it. Having said that-- very well put.
I look at the mp3 as a format for sampling an artist (download the mp3, like
it, buy the record) and for portability (see iPod.) Otherwise I couldn't
agree with Dave more. The institutionalizing of a lossy format really
sticks in my craw. I want my music to have more data, not less.
