The Adobe version is one of the most spectacular products out there that
I've ever seen, and I STILL think it beats the socks off Pro Tools. It's
called Adobe Audition. Latest version is 1.5 and it's got some incredible
additions that 1.0 didn't have.
Having had a chat recently with the National Sales Manager, Rick Borstein,
I'm happy to report that when they bought out Syntrillium, they bought all
the employees too. Seems it's the same crew working on it now, but with
solid financial backing and access to some of Adobe's tricks and formulas,
it's become a far more outstanding product than it already was.
