I can see your point and my own love of ELO wore thin pretty quick.
Still I do think Jeff Lynne wrote some great songs: Idle Race, Move, and
selected ELO tracks. As I said, presented in a different format, I
think I'd find a lot to like, even the later ELO stuff, which I have not
taken off the shelf since they came out... And I know a few around here
really like Face The Music and later stuff. The remaining Beatles must
have agreed with you, as he became a big part of the last few years with
them..
but you did remind me of a Roy Wood ELO song I want to play on my radio
show this afternoon.
