I thought I was bothered by CD copyguard.......
After buying a new computer with all the bells and whistles, I had
visions of making comp DVDs like I did CDs. I have the newest Adobe Video
software (including Audition 1.5), but I've hit a snag. How can I pull a
single episode (i.e. a Simpsons show from the boxed set) to add to a
homemade comp? I haven't been able to rip it from the DVD drive and if I
try to capture it (analog) from an external player, the copyguard kicks in
and renders the video unwatchable.
Is there a program that will rip portions from a DVD?
Feel free to e-mail me off-list with any suggestions. (I may be slow in
responding as I'm off to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area soon)
Music-related content - If there are any great record stores in the
Dallas/Ft. Worth or San Antonio areas that you can recommend, please do!
Thanks in advance,
Mike Hodges
