I have to agree here, 2 discs = 47 bucks. A little steep but I really wanted to
hear the Ruffin disc. And slowly building my classic soul collection, I wanted
replace my CDR copy of Tate's long lost album.
The liner notes for both as well as the packaging, and of course the beautiful
music (ruffin's Rainy Night in Georgia is so incredible) made it all worth it.
Though I am not sure how many more of these I can buy either. now if they decide
to truly open the Motown vaults I hope they lead next with the Temps I WISH IT WOULD
RAIN.
