One of my most fond memories indeed
of when us Ghost Rockets played the very FIRST Twangfest
was watching Beatle Bob do his Beatle Bop
with none other than Jordan Oakes,
as we broke into our Maximum Rhythm n Bluegrass version
of "In My Room."
That, and when our drummist Jack Pedler held forth the following afternoon at
the Pick and Grin in a nearby park, educating all us fledgling alt.country
folk with tall tales of black helicopters, the hush-hush CMA/CIA connection, and
that top-secret UFO base at the bottom of the East River (just below the
Brooklyn Bridge).
