Actually Disk Faktory deals in multiples of 100 CD's. So you can just 
re-order when you need to have more. I have had a bunch of clients 
here at my studio use them with great final results (even if the 
folks out there have been clueless on certain issues).

There are at least two actual CD replication plants here in NC that 
will do 500 CD's for about $.70 each and in some cases less. There is 
no artwork, jewel cases or anything involved, just discs on spindles. 
I assume other replication plants are doing the same.
