That's what I think....trust me, I've asked.....and there is no good reason
that I can figure out/ascertain other than this:   it's a simple, efficient
use of legal work when not having bonus trax because  bonus trax DO have to
be researched(as to their ownership and legal use of) and cleared---so there
IS more work involved and it would clog up 'the process'.

Anyone from a major care to comment if they know more?
