The thing about the Turtles is that their best material wasn't always their
most popular: although their hits are uniformly excellent, there are plenty
of other, lesser-known tracks such as "Me About You," "So Goes Love,"
"Surfer Dan" (quite possibly my all-time favorite Turtles song) and most of
the Ray Davies-produced TURTLE SOUP, all of which are as good or better.
The two-disc set isn't particularly larded with filler.
As for the Zombies, I believe ZOMBIE HEAVEN is still available, and it's a
handy way to get the lot for not much money.
