the #1 italian pop song of all time as voted (i think) by viewers was:
Ciera Un Ragazzo che Come Me Amava i Beatles e i Rolling Stones
by Gianni Morandi, a 1967 hit for him (#1 for 17 weeks). Basically it's:
"There was a guy just like me who loved the Beatles & The Rolling Stones"
it's an anti-war song and this was the week the dead Italian soldier
was in the news.
It's a pretty cool song.
