Here in the states and in the Nme the Pixies reunion is being hailed as the
second coming.
the word stereophonics here does not exist
except for this discussion
but what I find extremely iIronic about your post is that you are missing a
very important point about that particular billing
thousands, perhaps 10's of thousands of kids are hearing or reading the
word Pixies for the first time. Unless they are true Nirvana fans
So just that fact alone will increase Pixies awareness and could also spike
new record sales/interest when their up n coming disc and re issues drop
