'Direct Hits' is a classic power pop album from 1982, and is well worth
breaking the seal for in terms of its musical quality. If you're thinking
of selling it,and wondering if you should keep it sealed to optimize its
collector's value, this I'm not sure about. You might want to check on eBay
from time to time and see how it's doing.

Michael Guthrie Band is still going strong, and I was thrilled when they
asked to play IPO Liverpool. Though they're based in Atlanta they'd done
some shows at The Cavern in the '90s (there's even a CD of one of those
performances), so it was like a homecoming for them. They really rocked the
joint!
