in the mid-80s, Diodes guitarist John Catto and singer Paul Robinson worked
at the Record & Tape Exchange in London, Uk - the branch that also
had musical gear...
i just saw them earlier last month, actually.... John is now a
computer consultant and
Paul is a high-end art antiques dealer (link to his site at
bongobeat.com)... both still
involved with music as managers of young rock band Black Cube,

John & Paul produced the band's demos - these guys are great.... pop
in a heavier guitar mode...
kind of like what The Diodes might have headed towards....
