What program are you using to copy the CD? I suggest using a free "ripping"
program like Audiograbber or Exact Audio Copy to extract each track as a wav
file, then burn those wav files to a new CD using Nero or Easy CD Creator.
Thats how I get around copy protection and remove annoying "extras" like
videos
or programs that try to run whenever I load the CD in my PC.
