I actually liked Lennon's tunes on DF (my original post was in reference to 
whether Lennon took the big slide musically -- and to me it was more of 
"sell out" than an actual slide).

But, I'm not sure if my opinion of that record has more to do with the songs 
or the intense emotional attachment that record has to Lennon's death.

I always thought "Woman" to be Lennon's second greatest song after 'In My 
Life'.
