Auditeers -

I invested an hour in watching the show and didn't learn anything new. It
wasn't much of anything, truth be told. Perhaps Sarah Hudson is a good
singer/songwriter, (perhaps Velvet Revolver might rock too)but I couldn't
judge much from the material they presented in the show. Instead, it
reminded me how much I like the recent release from a truly talented
singer/songwriter from Australia, the impressive and young Butterfly
Boucher. On her debut CD "Flutterby," she plays all the instruments save a
few drums and cellos, and seems so much more genuine than anything we saw
in that show last night.

Do check out her song samples and videos at her website
(www.butterflyboucher.com) -- she even directed her own videos. I'm not
the only one touting her -- I see she's made it onto the Shrek 2 soundtrack
covering Bowie's "Changes" (with him singing background).

Just a heads-up for those interested in finding some young talent.

Enjoy your holiday weekend - be safe.

Gary
