I'm a huge fan of The Davenports, and was extremely glad to have them at
IPOs LA and New York in 2001.  Their debut album was my second favorite of
2000 (well, technically it was my favorite, as the Stonecake album that
ranked #1 was actually an advance, and probably shouldn't have counted until
2002), and Hi-Tech Lowlife will be high on this year's list.  To me, their
sound falls somewhere in between Fountains Of Wayne and The Sneetches, who
are big favorites of mine as well.

Extremely highly recommended in my book!
