Standup comic whose name I forget who once did a set at my college, sung to
the chorus of "Never Gonna Give You Up": "Haven't reached pu-ber-teee,
everyone makes fun-of-meee, big black voice in the body of Howdy
DOO-deee..."  

That said, "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Together Forever," the even
better follow-up, are Stock-Aitken-Waterman at their zenith, as good as
"You Spin Me Round," the late-period Bananarama singles and Kylie's "I
Should Be So Lucky."  Late '80s commercial Europop at its absolute finest.
