I couldn't agree more, Bruce. I wouldn't say I've had bad experiences at 
Wax Trax, exactly, but it's never really lived up to what I was hoping 
for, you know? Service is indifferent at best, etc. Twist & Shout is 
simply fantastic, though. The selection is outstanding, the people there 
actually act like they care about the customers, and my satisfaction 
rate there is in the upper 90% range. In some ways it's like Albums on 
the Hill in Boulder, only about five times bigger.....
