yo auditiers!
since we have so many musicians on the list, i wanted to make sure this was on
your radar...
coming up sept 30 - oct 2, 2004 is Boston's NEMO conference & festival.
There's a conference & tradeshow, a Boston Music Awards ceremony, and two
nights of music showcases that take place in all the major venues around town.
the nice people at NEMO have approached me about setting up a pop-oriented
showcase this year, to which i have responded OH DUDE YES TOTALLY or something
equally eloquent.
to be considered for a showcase, bands need to send materials with a
submission form to NEMO. and all submissions need to be postmarked on or
before May 31, 2004. you don't need to be from boston -- bands from all over
the world participate in the showcases.
