One misconception should be cleared up -- Robert Pollard does not go around
firing guys left and right. Jack Rabid did an excellent interview (does
Jack do any other kind?) of Robert for Big Takeover magazine. Pollard
explained that the primary reason for the turnover is that it's hard to find
guys in their mid-30's/early 40's who can maintain a very active touring
schedule. More often than not, people were leaving because they had other
things to do with their lives.
