Wonderfalls Update: Though the ship may have sailed on Angel, there is still hope for another quality scripted series, Wonderfalls--which happens to be helmed by former Angel boss Tim Minear. Sources tell me UPN has passed on picking up the former Fox series for the same reasons they passed on Angel. However, good news: The WB execs have decided to review an episode of Wonderfalls along with its pilots, which means it is in the running for the fall season.
That said, time to rally before it's too late. Send your support letters (and if you want to throw in a little zsa-zsa-zu, some kind of animal figurine) to:

Didn't mean to get a television related thread going. I was trying to come up with another television theme I liked that came from a little known or barely seen show. The only thing that pops into my head is the song "Avenues and Alleyways" from the BBC produced series "The Protectors"(Robert Vaughn's attempt to follow up his "Man From U.N.C.L.E." success lasted a year or two). The song was performed by Tony Christie and was a hit on the British charts. I cranked that one up on the t.v. when I was a kid. Other t.v. theme favorites are: The Ventures - Hawaii Five-O, Barry Gray - U.F.O., The Patridge Family - Come on Get Happy, The Cowsills - Love, American Style, Henry Mancini - What's Happening", and Laurie Johnson - The Avengers. Strange that nothing current, besides the Wonderfalls theme, comes to mind.
