Well.... it was there when I ordered my copy of "DT & The Disagreeables" 
which I did receive, and when I posted a message here saying that I had 
received it, it was wonderful and that "the miserable bastard had done it 
again" (tongue firmly planted in cheek), I received a one-liner from DG 
which more or less laughed at my comment (he signed it "The MB").

Maybe he's just having ISP problems?

If not, my copy will be on eBay tomorrow :)
