I've heard that Bobby Parker song (it's called "Watch Your Step") and it has the EXACT same groove/backbeat as "I Feel Fine", and a guitar lick similar to "Day Tripper".  But the song itself is way different.  Great song, too!

Just a comment that I think that the Beatles would openly admit this.  I'm sure I read somewhere that Paul called he and John "plagiarists extraordinaire".

So, what else is new, and who doesn't borrow from others?  Borrowing a lick here and a groove there, in my opinion, is not plagiarism. And for my money, whatever the hell they plagiarized, it sure came out sounding original..
