I don't know if I'd call my free-lance work an income, but it was enough to
finance the recording of my first solo record and it now keeps me in CD
money (in addition to the review copies I'm so graciously provided).
I've done all sorts -- straight-up magazine journalism, tech writing, music
journalism, even sold the odd bit of fiction and poetry down the years.
