Yes Kelly! I will obey.
  I have only heard a few singles but I have read they have a bit of Orange 
Juice or Josef K influence.Those are two of my favorite Scottish bands 
ever.Perhaps the band you were thinking of was A Certain Ratio-they were 
referred a lot as ACR-and definitely had a lot of funk going.Looking forward 
to hearing their full length.I hear they were a big rage at South by 
Southwest.
