Rupert and the Frog Song was released on vhs. I picked my copy up years ago
at Toys R Us while looking for some other kiddie video.
The VHS is HiFi quality and contains the Rupert episode with Paul doing lots
of the voices. After Rupert, the video has a couple of animated shorts by
Linda (Seaside Woman and Nightflight). The Rupert video became a favorite for
my son and is still the only place I've ever heard the Rupert songs. It's
where he picked using the phrase "mind how you go".
This may be rereleased on DVD soon. I was on the McCartney web site last week
and there was mention of a DVD release of animation. Maybe rupert will be one
included.
