See, now I feel like Steve Martin in that movie where he goes into a
restaurant by himself.

Okay, now I feel better. If Bruce is with me, who can stand agin' me?

That's about how I felt. I knew something had gone deeply, tragically
wrong when I heard "Boat on the River" on the radio. I mean, you could
feel the wheels starting to slip off on PIECES OF EIGHT, but it just
went completely to hell after that.

If you ever catch me defending Air Supply, well, I know you don't need
to be told what to do. Just make it quick and clean. Same for Leo Sayer.

You may have success in life, but then just think of it -
what kind of life was it? What good was it - you've
never done the thing you wanted to do in all your life.
I always tell my students, go where your body and
soul want to go. When you have the feeling, then stay
with it, and don't let anyone throw you off.
