have to defend one of those albums, a bit....a few duff trax, but "Along
the Red Edge"(which has Rick Nielsen and a host of other cool folks on it)
is a very, very good album for my ears.
And might be for many who don't traditionally dig them.
For the one reason that it's their only RCA album that did not yield a hit
and is considered a bomb in their catalog, commercially. Creatively, it's
filled with all sorts of great, stylish power pop, classic Hall & Oates MOR
balladry that was not too heavy on the schmaltz and cool rock tunes, too.
