I noticed that glitch too but I couldnt find another copy of "How Dare You" so
I kept it. Later I found the song on a Spectrum (Polygram UK budget label)
compilation called "Food for Thought" that doesnt have that problem.
Mercury remastered some of the 10CC catalog a few years ago with bonus tracks,
I never bought them but I wonder if there was some noticeable sound
improvements.
I also have the original (german made) CD of "Bloody Tourists" from the 80's -
never noticed any speed problems, but the remasterers used noise reduction to
lower hiss and you can hear a faint "breathing" on softer parts.
