 I feel your pain. I used to run Nero and EZCD on my win98 system. Roxio
had a boot manager that allowed you to load either driver and there was 
no conflict. 
 I upgraded to XP and find out that they dont have a boot manager that
is supported on XP, so now I can only run one. I liked having the 
option.
