No, Ultra Edition is the full blown package. However, they include a 30 day
trial version of the MP3PRO encoder which for licensing reasons they can't
include a full version of. Everything else in the package is
complete. There is NO LIMIT on the number of burns you can do, DVD or CD.

I've had no problems with Nero 6 at all, but Easy CD Creator chokes BIG
time on my XP Pro system.
