I bet the Ultra Edition is a "lite" version without all the features. Nero is
bundling it with all new CD-RW burners.
It's a rip-off because they used to give away free complete versions of Nero 5
only a year or two ago when you bought a new burner. There are plenty of Mp3
"rippers" available like Audiograbber, Exact Audio Copy and CDex that will do
that job for free. Rip them with those programs and let Nero or Easy CD
Creator
mix and burn them them to CD-R.
I have heard Nero 6 is buggy so im sticking with 5 for now. 5 even works with
my new Lite-On DVD-RW burner. Havent tried the new Easy CD Creator yet.
