Bill Fay - BILL FAY / TIME OF NO REPLY
The firsr one got mentioned in that MOJO piece and it was listed as available, but neither are. They were out for a little while as a twofer on SEE FOR MILES but that has long since gone out of print again.
The vinyl goes big on eBay and Fay's legacy has grown drastically with reignited interest in people like Nick Drake and UK psych/folk. Wilco has spoken their admiration as well as covered Fay.
