I'm at work and can't dig out my copy, but I'm pretty sure it is.  My favorite
cover on that is the Zietgiest (before the name change to the Reivers) version of "Atlantic City".
It kept some of the haunting atmosphere of the original, but added plenty of excellent guitar
work to give it a more full sound.
