Folks, I know I've been a lurker for a while, forgive my egregious promotional tactics by posting this info, but just wanted to let you know that some pretty great acts on the Paisley Pop label are playing down at SWSX:

And check out Salim's new solo album coming out on Western Vinyl.... I heard an advance, and parts of it sort of make me think if Jon Brion produced Wilco... Salim is a fantastic songwriter who's toured last year as Rhett Miller's bassist. I'm please to be releasing an EP from him next week, and a full-length from his band, Happiness Factor coming in May.
