Yeah this is totally wrong.

I have an album on A&M called Why Don't You Try Me, dated 1972. I'm pretty sure there was another on
A&M. I'm also sure I saw them open for Bronco in 1971...I was at the gig that they recorded for
Rockin' The World. That was opening for Man, who was also recorded that night for KSAN.

Gary Phillips was in E'quake for a while and then with Kihn, when he was on the charts. My pal Greg
Douglass also played with Kihn at that time.

when we were working at KSAN, Sean Donahue cut up a Billboard ad for some Earthquake album, so it
read "Earache", and stuck in on the wall in the studio. Matthew Kaufman came in and saw this, and
used it for an ad in the next weeks Billboard!

I was working in Berkeley when Berserkly started up. I still remember Greg Kihn coming round the shop
selling us copies of that singles comp and the live, hand printed Rockin'The World. He might have
worked on the other side of campus at Rather Ripped Records.
