I'm still in shock after getting the sad news from his wife Miriam. Keith
was a wonderful person. We shared lots of time talking about music by email
and and also shared marvelous obscure stuff out of his amazing collection. I
was hoping he would recover from the leukemia. All so unfair. I'll miss him.
