Just wanted to give everybody a heads up on an
excellent show happening at Jammin' Java
http://www.jamminjava.com on Tues. March 9.
Peter Case http://www.petercase.com , one of the
greatest (and most
under-appreciated) singer-songwriters of our
generation will be performing. Please come out and
support him. Show starts at 8:00 and cover is
$10.00.
One of Hungry for Music's current CD projects is a
tribute to Peter Case. So far these are some artists
that have agreed to record a song for the tribute (and
more to be announced!):
Dave Alvin, Richard Buckner, Tom Russell, Todd Snider,
Will Kimbrough, Chris Smither, Mary Lou Lord, Last
Train Home, Bill Kirchen, Chuck Prophet, and Lester
Chambers (of Chambers Bros.)
