I think they didnt know what to do... Power Pop, AOR rock or Disco? A lot of
critics were hoping for a Raspberries/Rascals merger and were disapointed that
all that talent didnt click together despite some good songs. (Where Have You
Been All My Life?, Miles Away, Just For You, Come Back). And Wally Bryson
talents never really used in that band.
Drummer Dino Dinelli did the artwork for those albums, those french magazine
inspired covers didnt do anything to sell the music. Some people thought they
were a disco group. On the horrible third album "Transfer Station" they even
tried to copy Blondie's Disco-Rock formula and failed.
