This has a lot to do with a guy in Florida getting busted and fined a
lot of money for the same sort of content. It's the FCC leaning hard on
stuff that offends their sensitive ears. Don't forget the FCC is run by
Colin Powell's son. There was a movement to dump him a while back, so I
suspect this is them "getting tough" to please the very conservatives.
