But hasn't the plan all along been to gradually get Brian "used" to SMiLE 
again (by sneaking another song or three from it into his live set every year 
since he's been back on the road), then "completing" the original work, 
performing it in Europe, recording same, and getting this version released in North 
America in time for Brian's next tour here later this year (thus legally 
by-passing Capitol, Brother Inc. et al ...not to mention Mike Love Not War) ??
