By the way, I got a tremendous Replacements bootleg
the other day -- it's a live show at Maxwell's in
Hoboken from 1986, going under the name "Fuck Your
School." A friend of mine told me the 'Mats' Jersey
shows were always good because they'd play NYC on a
Friday and/or Saturday, drink an incredible amount,
completely fall apart, then feel bad about it the next
day, and vow to play a good show that night, which
would always be Hoboken.
